The National Cancer Diagnosis Audit (NCDA) offers unique insights into patient pathways to cancer diagnosis and provides tailored feedback at CCG level (if at least 10 local practices participate), allowing practices to understand existing good work in their areas for support/action to improve pathways and cancer waiting times performance. Public Health England released their campaign called ‘Cervical Screening Saves Lives’ on 5 March. The aim of this campaign is to encourage women to attend their cervical smear screening as attendance is at a 20 year low.
