The Communications and Engagement Steering Group is a team of patient representatives, known as lay reps, who help us shape our communications and engagement work.
The group help ensure that each decision is scrutinised, approved, and shaped by those who are or who have been affected by cancer. This helps us be certain that our focus and direction is in line with what matters most to the patients and public of South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw. We also work with other partners in the group including staff from the charity and voluntary sector to help give a wider scope of opinion.
If you wish to get involved with our steering group then please email us sybndcancer.alliance@nhs.net
