On 30 January the Living With And Beyond Cancer project held a focus group at Ponds Forge. The day featured discussions about support, fatigue and the future of the project.

Over 60 people attended this event, which also  featured a presentation on fatigue by the Specialist Occupational Therapist from Sheffield Teaching Hospitals, Celina Roberts.

The project intends to run such events in Sheffield every four months for people affected by cancer and these will be supported by the new Health and Wellbeing Coordinator role, when in post, moving forward. At this recent event people were asked to come up with ideas for a new name for the group and Sheffield Cancer Voice was voted top, so this will become the new name moving forward.
